Orders placed by Monday-Friday will be fulfilled & shipped or ready for pick up within 48 hours.

We do not ship or fulfill orders on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. 

Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped by USPS first class mail. 

Once your package is received by the post office with a tracking number, it is no longer our responsibility. If you feel like your package may be lost, please contact your local post office. At USPS, all their employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered.
